Caderno 1.11 Released!

Another version of Caderno. This is a fairly large update, a nice amount of bugs were fixed, aside from that this release focuses on the support for PHP. Last version included code completion for PHP functions, this has been tweaked a little and the functions list re-parsed so it's more accurate and such. Also new in this version is that when you hover a default PHP function, a hint window will show you the description of the function. And HTML is now also highlighted properly in PHP files.

Maybe you should check my last post...

I'm considering a variety of options from disabling crash recovery for portable to workaround, because thumb drives rly are way too slow for saving the entire contents of the program every 5 seconds... But I'll get it done, after all, would be a shame to let good download buttons go to waste

it would indeed be a shame.

Maybe you could try just reducing the amount of saving done. Actually saving every 5 seconds is kinda silly anyway. Maybe you could save every time typing is inactive for however long, and for when typing isnt pausing, save every 5 minutes. There's only so much typing you can do in 5 minutes and I doubt that big of a time lapse in saving would matter to most people. maybe even session restoring when items in the menu items are clicked (since crashing rarely occurs when just typing.)

That was the plan, but considering that I didn't rly have any options aside from that, it seemed stupid to make an options window just for 1 thing :p I'm currently working on version 2.0 though, which as the drastic change in version suggests is a rather serious update
