Currently 2 main projects are in development. This being SCAR Luna 3.50, a complete rewrite of SCAR which will create a completely stabile macroing platform. Then there is Caderno 3, this is a partial rewrite with the goal of improving mainly the backend of the program.

how much more time are we looking at for Luna?

It will much depend on how much time I have available for development , but the core is around 65%-70% completed I would estimate, so it's getting along nicely. The compatibility mode is also implemented and seems to preform nicely.
