1. We are partially anti-leech. If you respect our community and our ideas, feel free to ask questions and they will be kindly answered if you follow other rules. Answer to questions that others ask if you know the answer or remain silent! However, ask smart questions and search the forums for an answer first.
2. We don't talk about things we don't know. This is an informative, not a misinformative community.
3. We don't make spelling mistakes on purpose. We use "you" not "u", we use "why" not "y" etc.
4. We don't make posts that contain not useful information. Posts like "cool", "lol", "yeah" and "I agree" don't contain anything useful for others. We are not fans of off topic, unless it contains something smart or funny. Most of things spammers find funny are actually not funny at all.
5. We don't "bump" or double post.
6. We respect each other and other communities. We don't flame each other or other communities. We don't fight on the forums.
7. We don't advertise other sites or communities unless we ask and receive permission to and from Freddy1990. We don't post links to sites that are not in safe sites list on Freddy1990.com main page. We never advertise via the PM system.
8. We don't care about post count alone. If someone has high post count and most of it is spam, we hate him. If someone has high post count with informative posts, we love him. The higher count, the more we hate/love him.
9. We never ask for "rep".
10. DO NOT post or upload any copyrighted materials, ie deobs, clients or any other sort
11. We don't buy or sell anything on these forums.
12. We never have misleading links in our signatures or posts. If your signature or posts says
www.google.com, we expect it to take us to google.com.
13. We don't post warez in the 3th Party programs section, it's reserved for freeware, OSS and YOUR programs, that doesn't mean you can post warez anywhere else though.
14. You do not post other people's SCAR scripts unless you get explicit permission to post them, and to post them here. You also don't take credit for them, but credit the original author.
15. You can't post porn or links to it, do so and you will be perm banned.
16. You do NOT ask about or suggest SCAR to EXE.
17. You do not spam the shoutbox with useless messages.
18. We always read the stickied threads before posting.
19. We always post in the appropriate sections.
20. We don't use proxies when posting on the forum.
21. We don't create multiple accounts.
22. We don't post SCAR script requests anywhere aside from in the section which serves this purpose, failing to comply with his rule will get you banned. You require 10 posts to have access to this section, if you spam to get these 10 posts then you will also be banned.
23. No referral programs advertising.
24. This is an English forum, no other languages allowed.
