SCAR Divi 3.25 Alpha Released!

The anticipated SCAR Divi 3.25 Alpha version has been released in the pre-release repository (http://freddy1990.com/svn/scarprerelease). Some new features include improved debugging with breakpoints, includes management, a new UI, etc...

SCAR Divi 3.25 Alpha Release Deadline

SCAR Divi 3.25 is currently the main product in development. The deadline for releasing the first public alpha version is the 24th of July. By that time all of the core api should be integrated into the new engine and all of the most important stuff should be done. after that it will be mostly finishing up the user interface and fixing bugs that might be left over.

As you all know, SCAR Luna 3.50 is being developed at this time. However, I don't want to give up on SCAR Divi just yet as the final version of SCAR Luna 3.50 will still take a while to be finished. So I'm going to give SCAR Divi a new coat of paint, crank up the version number a bit and make it completely compatible with Windows Vista/7. (And I'll also fix some bugs =P ) The first Alpha version should be done within a month at most.

Java Game Release

As promised, here's the release of the Java game I had to develop for class. It was a small project with limited time, I already exceeded the project parameters in every possible way, so don't expect too much. The game is a variant of the classic game battleship.
